Transport Scotland

A campaign to encourage more bus use across Scotland, following concerns about being in close proximity to other people (post-Covid). I worked with Transport Scotland and multiple bus and coach operators to create a campaign that could run across social, print, digital and OOH.

The idea was quite simple. All journeys, trips and adventures should start with a stop (a bus stop). There are multiple benefits; it avoids excess traffic on the roads, alleviates costs for parking and there are cost benefits for children and over 65s. After agreeing the concept and an illustrative route I needed to show different scenarios that would benefit the public.

Campaign Creation. Illustration. Art Direction. Design.

With limited budget and a request to represent all people of Scotland, photography wasn’t an option. I felt an illustrative route would work well as it is flexible and we can add a little humour when needed.

Assets were created to feature across social, print, OOH and a bus wrap.
